Important Order & Purchasing Notes

Please review the following operational terms prior to placing an order:

  • Backordered Items: Items clearly marked as "Backorder" are currently out of stock. When purchasing backordered items alongside in-stock items, your entire order will be held until all stock becomes available before dispatching via Australia Post. Backordered items typically arrive within 1 to 3 weeks; please consider this before placing your order.
  • Order Modifications: To protect customer security and data integrity, orders cannot be manually adjusted, modified, or combined once completed. Please carefully review your shopping cart to ensure all required items are selected before checking out.
  • Order Quantity Limits: Evatco reserves the right to limit product purchases to normal retail quantities at our discretion.
  • Product Representations: Computer representations of material colors (such as Tolex, Grill Cloth, and Wire) may vary depending on screen settings and production batches. If in doubt, please request sample swatches prior to purchase, as cut-to-order items are non-returnable.

Shipping, Returns & International Orders (New Zealand)

  • Shipping & Delivery: All orders within Australia and New Zealand are shipped exclusively via Australia Post. Orders placed before Midday (12:00 PM) QLD Time on business days (excluding public holidays) will generally be picked and posted the same day.
  • New Zealand Customs & Taxes: Orders dispatched to New Zealand may be subject to local import duties, taxes (including NZ GST), and customs clearance processing fees levied by New Zealand Customs. The customer (importer) is solely responsible for payment of all local customs duties and taxes.
  • Mandatory Warranty & Return Procedure: All product warranty claims, returns, and damaged delivery reports must be formally submitted through the Resolution Centre in your Evatco customer account within 60 days of purchase. No claims, returns, or refunds will be considered via direct email or unauthorized shipments sent without prior Resolution Centre approval.
  • Return Freight & Store Credit: All items returned for technical assessment (from Australia or New Zealand) are sent strictly at the customer's expense. Upon physical receipt, Evatco will test the product and verify the batch/codes. Then, and only then, if a genuine fault is ascertained, will a credit be applied to your account.
  • Faulty Tube Claim Requirements: Tube claims submitted via the Resolution Centre must include full details of the amplifier make and model, approximate age, and service history. Tubes are tested and matched prior to sale; sound preference, change of mind, or incorrect ordering are non-returnable.

Governing Law

Your use of this website, any purchases made through it (including international orders shipped to New Zealand), and any dispute arising out of such use or purchases are subject to the laws of Queensland and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
