In 1994, JJ Electronic
started with the production of three types of tubes. Today, they offer an
assortment of more than 20 types of tubes. In 1999, capacitors and tube
amplifiers were added to the JJ Electronic manufacturing program.
In tube manufacturing, the
fundamental requisite for the best production results is to maintain as high
mechanical precision for assembly as possible. JJ Electronic uses assembly
precision of no more than ± 0.02 mm. Every tube is electrically tested for
all parameters which are the key to a flawless operation and a great sound.
Specifically, these parameters include: leakage characteristics, internal
vacuum level, cathode emission capability, filament voltage and current,
anode current saturation level, microphony and others.
Every month, random samples are
taken from the production line in order to perform a life time test of 5000
hours under nominal conditions or 1000 hours at maximum specified ratings.

6L6GC JJ

The new
JJ 6L6GCs are
as good or better than the GE 6L6GC grey plates in Fender amps they
are awesome. These are as close to an NOS sound as you will get.
Work perfect in all Fender and boutique amps that call for 6L6GC.
Warm, sparkly great tone. Also dynamite for 6L6GC hi-fi amps. This tube has a deep, tight low
end. The
mids are full of complex harmonics. The highs are sweet and downright
lush. When the JJ’s are biased up nice and warm they come incredibly
close to that upper mid magic that Black Plate RCA’s have but the JJ’s
out do the RCA’s especially in the low end. When over driven the JJ’s
get very rich and thick. They don’t squash down and they have
excellent definition and detail.

6V6S JJ
|
The JJ 6V6GTS is a killer 6V6 tube.
Currently, this is the best sounding tube for Fender and boutique
amps. Lots of gain and sweet break-up.
They do clean with smooth clear high end.
On the other end of the spectrum big fat bass notes that are well
defined having a piano like quality are produced. Crank up the gain
and you will get everything from a nice crunch to all out screaming
distortion. And not just mush, but a very controllable, musical
distortion.

ECC83S JJ (12AX7, 7025,
E83CC)
|
The
JJ 12AX7S
is considered to be one of the best for guitar and hi fi applications.
They simply sound better in most guitar amps than the other new
12AX7s. Most players prefer them for their warm sparkly sound.
These tubes are immediately
discernable from other 12AX7s. They have a construction that is similar
to a frame-grid tube - similar to the Telefunken ECC803s. This
construction makes them very rugged and reliable and the spiral
filament makes tube hum non-existent.. This is one of the best new
12AX7s for any guitar amp. It is very musical - rich with great
harmonics. An excellent tube in all Marshall amps in the three preamp
positions. The JJ's break up much
more smoothly, giving you a huge “sweet spot” and a smoother,
singing tone. The ECC83S is great tube with a tight low end, a very
natural and harmonically complex mid with VERY good definition and a
sweet high end that is not brittle. These tubes have very low
microphonics and are great in the gain stages of high gain amps like
Marshalls, Mesa's and Peaveys.
Now available with gold pins!

ECC99 JJ
|
The JJ ECC99 was specially developed for
use as a driver for the 300B valve. It offers very linear response
with high clarity and detail. High gain/mu makes this the perfect
partner for the 300B. It
combines electrical
characteristics similar to the 7119/E182CC (high transconductance and
low plate resistance) with a pin-out the same as 12AU7/ECC82 or 12BH7.
It can be used in place of the 12AU7 or 12BH7 in certain applications.

ECC803-S JJ (12AX7, 7025,
E83CC)
|
Classic long plate European design with
special grid plated by gold to reduce microphonic interaction and
noise. The JJ ECC803s is
a hi-gain 12AX7 that has a spiral wound filament to reduce noise and
hum. The construction is different from the JJ ECC83s in that the
plates are more conventional, but have a special heat dissipating fin
that serves to improve efficiency and gain. If you want that great JJ
tone in a hi-gain package, then these are for you. For hi-gain
amps, stick with the JJ ECC83S.

ECC832 JJ (12DW7)
|
The
JJ ECC832 is a suitable replacement for any 12DW7 or 7247 and is
modelled on the frame-grid design of the ECC83S. One side has a gain
factor of 100 - the other side has a gain factor of 20. You can
think of it as 1/2 a 12AU7 and 1/2 a 12AX7. Try this tube for some
interesting gain reduction effects on certain amps. It's an
excellent option for old Ampeg SVT amps.
It might be VERY interesting to harpers
who want a lower gain tube in the first stage of an amp but don't
need to drop two stages to such low gain as a 12AU7's. We're sure
you can think of many other situations where this combo would be
very useful, such as a reverb drive and recovery tube.

E34L JJ (EL34,
6CA7)
|
The
E34Ls are a
higher power version (15% greater plate dissipation) of the EL34s and
great for Marshalls, Dynacos and more! They are ideal for replacement
and upgrades in vintage and modern power amps. They can handle over
600 V on the plate. Perfect for all EL34 applications. This one is the
closest to the original Mullard sound and a bargain price. Get your
set now and really enjoy the music!!!
Gold plated control grid for improved
fidelity. Special plate alloy improves plate dissipation as compared
to the standard EL34 resulting in stable performance at higher power
levels. This tube has about 20% more head room than the standard EL34
and it also has a deeper, tighter low end. It is also a bit punchier
and more aggressive which makes it a great tube for Matchless, Bogner,
Carvin, Peavey and all Marshall amps.

KT88 JJ (6550)
|

The
new and improved JJ KT88
is the best-sounding current
production KT88 according to a recent VTV listening
session. They com-pared them all and the JJ was almost as good as the
original MO Valve KT88. Very stable bias, handles high voltage well
and sounds fabulous! Also works in most 6550 applications. The JJ KT88 has been with us for many
years. It has become one of the modern benchmarks for which all new
KT88s are judged. It provides very lively detailed performance with a
velvet smooth midrange. The JJ KT88 has a great reliability record and
